Application Procedures and Period:

       1. Applicants must send the completed application form and relevant documents directly to the Faculty/Program of their choice before the deadline set by the University’s Office of Academic Affairs.        2. Applicants must be screened and recruited by the Faculty/Program of their choice before their names are forwarded to the Office of Academic Affairs, Chulalongkorn University. All relevant application documents which have been screened by the Faculty/Program must arrive at the Office of Academic Affairs.

      3. Please check that you have enclosed all the relevant documents with your application: 

1. Completed application form.
2. Curriculum Vitae.
3. Copy of Certificate of Graduation and the official transcript of academic records (If the GPA must be convert to 4.00 system; the equivalence document is needed).
4. English proficiency score record (supporting document is preferred.)
5. Copy of passport
6. Study plan / description of academic interests (on a separate sheet of A4-sized paper)
7. One 1-inch-colored photos (with blue background) taken no more than six months in polite attire, signed on the reverse side, one of which should be attached to the application form
8. Two recommendation letters from the Head, the Director or the Dean which the application belongs to.
9. Nomination letter from the home institution/university. This letter needs to be confirmed that the applicant will return to teach/work at their home institution after graduation from Chulalongkorn University; only for Researcher, Academic Staff or a Faculty Member of the University/ Institution or who will return to teach/work at their home universities after graduation from Chulalongkorn University.
10. Medical Certificate

Note: 

1. It should be noted that the scholarship application is open until 31st March 2024.

2. Applicants should send their application form and relevant documents to the Program at least 2 weeks prior to the deadline set by the University’s Office of Academic Affairs.

 3. The fees charged by the program are excluded. (the scholarship will not cover the program fees).
